Our production process

We start every project with a kick-off meeting. We discuss your expectations from the video. What is your core message? What is your overall video strategy? Where and how will the video be distributed? By going through these steps we develop the right approach. In this way we tailor the script to the expected result. We prefer to meet you in person. It is a more efficient way to discuss the necessary details. At the same time, we get to know each other better, which only benefits our collaboration.
Based on the substantive input we receive from you during the kick-off meeting, we develop the project and the details of the script. How are we going to tell the story? What visual style do we use? Who will tell his/her story? Which additional visuals strengthen the message? This process only ends when all necessary feedback during the consultation moments has been approved in a script and concept.
Preparing for a recording day involves a lot of practical organization. That’s why we also prepare all film equipment while developing the script. We make appointments and, if necessary, look for a suitable location. In other words: location hunting. No problem; no one gets hurt. Thanks to efficient project management, we ensure that everything is ready for the recording of the video.
After a lot of preparation, we are ready for the director to shout ‘ACTION’. Although, let’s be honest, that term is not often used in corporate films. That’s more something for Hollywood films. Every cameraman has his specific strengths. We always select the right people for the job, so that you can be assured of a professional approach.

Image montage

After filming, we edit the images. We use an online app, which makes viewing and providing feedback on the edited video very easy and clear.

Motion Graphics

Once the image montage has been approved, we will add title animations, animated graphs and texts.

Sound Design

  • Now that the image has been approved, we finish the audio. Sound determines 50% of the impact of your video; so we would like to pay attention to this. The voice over is recorded. Sound finishing with mixing of the music and adding sound effects at appropriate moments that support the story.

Finishing video

  • Image and sound are now ready. We then provide a finished video file with the desired compression.
